Account & Registration

Creating your Pak Arcade account is quick and free. Click the Register button, fill in your mobile number, choose a strong password, and follow the on-screen steps. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once done, you can log in straight away and start exploring sports betting, slots, casino games and more.

You will need a valid Pakistani mobile number, a username of your choice and a secure password. Some account features may require you to verify your identity with a national ID at a later stage. Please make sure all details you provide are accurate — incorrect information can cause delays when you request a withdrawal.

On the Login page, tap the "Forgot password?" link. You will be guided through a reset process using your registered mobile number. A one-time verification code will be sent to your phone. Pak Arcade does not charge any fees on deposits from our side. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Withdrawals

Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your account and head to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the request. Most withdrawals are processed within minutes. Make sure your payment details are verified before submitting a request to avoid delays.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically completed within 5 minutes once approved. Raast and bank transfer payouts usually arrive within a few hours. During peak periods processing may take slightly longer. VIP members enjoy priority processing and often receive their funds even faster.

A withdrawal may stay pending if your account verification is incomplete, if active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met, or if there is a mismatch between your account name and your registered payment account. Check your account dashboard for any pending verification steps. If everything looks fine and your withdrawal is still sitting, contact support with your request ID.

Yes, there is a minimum withdrawal threshold which is displayed in your account cashier at the time of the request. The minimum is intentionally kept low so players can access their PKR winnings without needing a large balance first. Maximum daily withdrawal limits also apply and vary by account tier.

First, check that you met all the conditions for claiming the bonus — minimum deposit amount, using the correct payment method and opting in where required. Bonuses sometimes take a few minutes to credit after a qualifying deposit.
