Terms and Conditions – Pak Arcade

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Pak Arcade platform — including the website, sports betting section, casino, slots, fish games and any related features — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Pak Arcade.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of Pak Arcade following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility

To use Pak Arcade, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must not be a current employee or immediate family member of an employee of Pak Arcade or any of its affiliates.

Pak Arcade reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any point. Accounts found to have been created by underage users will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

3Account Registration

Each individual may only hold one active account at Pak Arcade. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, Pak Arcade reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any associated winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone else. Pak Arcade will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

4Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Pak Arcade are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected payment method.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you and that you are not using payment methods that belong to another person without their authorisation. Pak Arcade takes payment fraud seriously and reserves the right to suspend accounts and withhold funds where fraudulent deposit activity is suspected.

• Deposits are credited to your PKR balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider.
• Pak Arcade is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Pak Arcade does not accept deposits made with funds intended for illegal activities.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Pak Arcade are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is standard practice to support transaction integrity. Withdrawals can be requested to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account depending on your registered payment method.

• Pak Arcade reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Pak Arcade offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers and free bets for cricket and PSL events. Each promotion carries its own specific terms which are displayed alongside the offer. These individual promotion terms are to be read in conjunction with this general terms document.

General bonus rules that apply across all Pak Arcade promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device or per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Pak Arcade reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting strategies intended to exploit promotional offers — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or terms interpretation, Pak Arcade's decision is final.

7Betting Rules

Sports betting on Pak Arcade covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and a wide range of other events. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that sport and event type will apply as displayed in the betting rules section.
• Pak Arcade reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match fixing, corruption or any result that has been manipulated.
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary depending on the event, market and odds. These limits exist to ensure sustainable operation of the platform.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and resumption at any time. Bets placed during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Where a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed, Pak Arcade reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

PSL and international cricket markets are among the most popular on the platform. Special event rules for major tournaments will be published separately at the time of those events.

8Casino and Slots

The casino and slots section of Pak Arcade includes live dealer games, table games and hundreds of slots titles. All casino and slots games use certified random number generation systems to ensure fair outcomes. Return to player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels.

• Casino and slots games may not be available in all regions or at all times due to maintenance or provider restrictions.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error disrupts a game session, any in-progress round will be either completed using the last confirmed game state or cancelled with your stake returned.
• Bonus funds may have restrictions on which games contribute to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% while some table games may contribute at a lower rate. Check individual promotion terms for specifics.
• Players must not use any software, tool or method to interfere with casino or slots game mechanics. Any such attempt will result in immediate account closure.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pak Arcade. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, possible permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the platform.

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Laundering money or using Pak Arcade for any financial activity linked to illegal sources.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing anyone else to use your account.

10Privacy and Data
